Procedure.
1. LOI to seller
2. Seller sign LOI and issue fco and draft to buyer (3 days)
3. Pre-advice BG or sblc from buyer bank(5 days)
4. Pop(8 days)
5. BG to seller(10 days)
6. Deliver ( within 45 - 30 days)
We can work only on this conditions.
The first step will be LOI from buyer directly to seller on letter head.
In this LOI buyer have to indicate some point
1. What volume does buyer want.
2. Buyer agree on BG or sblc on 5 month.
3. Port of delivery
4. Target price
5. Bank information without soft prob ( you can indicate only name of your bank).
