Teco ltda. Is a colombian based firm that engineers and manufactures compact waste water treatment systems for domestic use. Our systems are based on fixed film activated sludge technology with ringlace media and ventery aeration. The systems require very little maintenance and has a very high efficiency of over 90%.
We are searching for partners in India, China and Africa to market and eventually manufacture our systems in these countries.
We have over 100 eco-pac systems supplied in several latin American countries like Colombia, venezuela, Mexico and many of the caribbean islands. Our systems are made 100% by us (except the water pump) and are constructed in fiberglass.
The submerged fixed film is also made by us in Colombia with polyvinylidene chloride fibers located on our reactor. The aeration system is also made 100% by us, where we use our own ventury system connected to a simple and low maintenance submergible pump. All systems have measurements that can be easily fit into a normal size container.
Our eco-pac systems can be put together modularly and has a capacity from 10 habitants to a maximum of 3,000 where we can offer very competitive prices with the highest quality standards. For example a stand alone system to treat 20,000 liters per. Day our ref. Eco-pac 100 can cost around FOB Colombia USD $12,500. For 40,000 liters you would calculate with 2 eco-pac 100.
A submergible water pump of only 1 HP is needed for a eco-pac 100 and with very low energy consumption.
We our open in receiving any information on projects of interest and can quickly calculate a quotation for you if desired. We do have experience in water recuperation systems on area where there is little drinking and we can re-use more the 90% of the total waste water.
