Mazut, Jet Fuel JP54, REBCO, SLCO, LNG, LPG, Russian Gas Oil D2 from Middle East, USA and Russia
PROCEDURES
1. Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order with banking
information, granting permission to Seller to conduct Soft-probe and subject to Seller’s acceptance of the order.
2. Seller signs the MFPA for the Commission to be paid by Seller’s Bank to Pay Masters.
3. Seller will confirm the POP allocation quantity and insert to the Draft
Contract and send to the Buyer.
4. Buyer fills in the buyer information in the Contract and sign, return to Seller.
5. Seller will insert the actual POP allocated quantity, Contract Number etc into
the MFPA and the Seller must arrange Seller’s Bank to endorse the MFPA and
issue a confirmation letter to all parties detailed in the MFPA. This procedure is only arranged upon Seller’s receipt of L/C from the Buyer.
6. Buyer bank officer and Seller bank officer to discuss and agree on the text
for the RDLC.
7. Buyer and Seller will discuss the SPA arrangement via bank to bank.
8. Buyer’s Bank issues RWA confirming that Buyer is ready, willing and able to
issue the RDLC upon receipt of Seller’s POP documents.
9. Buyer’s Bank issues 100% Pre- advise Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Unconditional, Auto- Revolving DLC.
10. Seller’s Bank issues 2% PB to the Buyer’s bank for product price.
11. RDLC becomes Operative upon receipt of Seller’s 2% PB .
12. Shipment commence as per Contract
